Cancellation Policy
24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy.
Any appointments that are canceled or rescheduled after the 24 hour window are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service(s) and charge(s).
Any appointments that are “NO SHOWED” will be subject to 100% of scheduled service(s) and charge(s).
(“NO SHOWED” = When a client DOES NOT show up at the time of their appointment)
10 minute late grace period.
Please understand that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. If you are going to be late please message Aesthetic Remedies Med Spa.
2.6% fee will be added to all card transactions.
